I shipped a malinois to Promise Lee and he is claiming the dog is not intact, has no balls, when I have a veterinary statement that the dog does in fact have two descended testicles, the breeder says he has two, and the two months I owned him the dog had two. He refuses to take the dog to the vet to send me proof. They owe me for half the amount of the dog. I am concerned for the dogs welfare being in the care of a liar and a cheat

Can you tell me if this person is a member here and if so what name do they use here?
