Horrible story. I'd drive down and bring him back myself, if I had somewhere for him. Can ANYONE help this poor guy?
Sheppard pup was being deprived of water behind my father in laws house by his owner in Encio Park at 1604/281. He kept digging under the fence to get water. Today he was found with his mouth zip tied. Owner is not expected to face charges for animal cruelty. Please help! 5 days and he will be put down if no one can find a home for him. We have two rescue dogs ourselves as many of you do. So pleas...e share and let's find a forever home with family who will love him. ACS has named him Zip.
