That is so lovely of you to rescue her. I am sorry to hear what happened. Perhaps you could try her on some scrambled eggs. It's an easily digestible protein and should be quite gentle on the stomach. Let us know how you go. Best wishes. x

Due to the complicated nature of the spay, it could be her bowels are still paralysed, and if you feed her anything, it's just going to come right back up. Call the vet, have him take a look at her, and listen to her tummy. If her bowels are still silent, he will likely give her IV fluids to keep her from getting dehydrated.
Good for you for putting all this time, effort and money into rescuing this poor girl. It sounds like she may be a puppy mill dog that has been repeatedly bred so they can make money from her pups.
