This training is done in the Bolivian military service, and this is true. I just spoke to someone who did his military service in 1983. He had to cut live dogs, kill dogs and eat dog meat ..... So this is the military secret about ....
If you say this is disgusting, but it is not "our world", just read the text at the end of the video, although I cant imagine that they do this as part of the training for Iraq. But for Bolivia this is true, so true!
