Are the pups above supposed to be gsd x poodle?
I am underthe impression that self-color (solid) is DOMINANT in the poodle. That is, dominant over b/r.
Ever see a lab x rottie (nice looking)? Solid colors, all of them.
Can someone explain this?

Ok, here are some pics of real shepadoodles.

Notice that the self-color (solid) is definitely dominant in the poodle. I don't think the b/r puppies above are legitimate crosses.
The male pup shown is not bad looking but the poor bitch looks like an Irish Wolfhound on crack cocaine.

If someone wants a dog with a poodle coat, why not just get a poodle? They are certainly very trainable, there is one in this area working as a Guide Dog. Probably cheaper than a designer cross anyway.

MVF from what I understand LBJ pups are purebred GSD's..Sorry if we got off topic .
