Haus Merkel has 40 years of dedication preserving and advancing the German Shepherd Breed. The credentials of the German Shepherds that comprise our World Class breeding stock speak for themselves; all are 100% Imported West German bloodlines, VA/V, SchH1, 2 or 3 and all with the highest Breed Survey Koerklasse 1. It is important for us to maintain the integrity of our dogs through strong working ability, stable character/temperament, sound structure and solid nerves. All these virtues are characteristic of what we strive for in our breeding program.
