Striving and selecting for:
• SOUNDNESS AND HEALTH – both mentally and physically
• NATURAL INTELLIGENCE AND TRAINABILITY – never to be taken for granted and neglected in favor of other (currently fashionable) characteristics; something without which a GSD would become just another dog
• CONFORMATION – as close to the ideal described in the Breed Standard as possible and a dog to be proud of anywhere
• BALANCE – guarding against all extremities
• A REAL PLEASURE TO OWN – both at home as trustworthy family companion and guardian as well as partaking in the formal working disciplines and show ring.
