Description
Summer's Dogs in the beginning process of breeding AKC German Shepherd Dogs for Service Dog work and for the normal family. We are working towards a healthy, calm, smart, and loyal dog. We strive for bettering the German Shepherd Breed.
Before breeding our dogs will be health tested for DM, and have a PennHIP evaluations and/or OFA Hips. Here at Summer's Dogs we choose German Shepherds Dogs that relate back to the Alsatian breeding goals of WW2 also known as Old-Fashioned Shepherds. These goals include a larger size, a straight top line, strong loyalty, high intelligence, and a calmer demeanor.
We hope you stay tuned to our journey training our own line of service dogs.
