Welcome to Weinburg Kennels. My name is Cathy Thomason. I am the owner, operator and head trainer of Weinburg Kennels. Weinburg Kennels is a small family business located in St. Clair county, Alabama.I have been training dogs (mostly large dogs) and dog owners for over 28 years and have a passion for what I do. I especially enjoy German Shepherd Schutzhund training for obedience, tracking and protection. I have trained with some of the best Schutzhund trainers in the country.

Occasionally, we breed our dogs and sell the puppies. Our dogs are either actual German Shepherd imports or a direct first generation descendant of German Shepherd imports with very impressive working line pedigrees and Schutzhund titles. They produce incredible puppies... just ask any of their owners.
