of Zoey's Queendom

Zoey's Queendom is a responsible breeder of Labrador Retrievers based in Istanbul. 
"Raising" and "producing" are different things. We don't produce puppies for profit, but raise them to be healthy and well behaved. We are not a commercial breeder with lots of bitches from different breeds. We have only one (for now) bitch as "our girl", home raised with love. She doesn't carry any genetic defects, always gets "excellent" note at shows. As a "hobby breeder" our primary goal is to keep Labrador Retrievers excellent in health, with a focus on temperament, conformation, and structural soundness.

It all started with Zoey, our precious Lab girl.
When we first decided to have a Lab puppy, we learned that we have to look for a pedigree, parents should be tested for genetic diseases, hip and elbow displasia. After a search for 5 years we learned lots of things about breeders, pedigrees, health tests, colors and genetics. Finally we got our healthy, purebred puppy who is perfect both in breed standard and temperament.

KIF (Köpek Irkları Federasyonu) is the Kennel Club of Turkey as a member of FCI. 
As we started showing our girl, we found out that there are only a few registered Labrador Retrievers in Turkey. As we get good results in many dog shows we decided to be a breeder, aiming to breed healthy, well behaved and excellent looking Labs. So  the kennel "of Zoey's Queendom" is founded, KIF registered with number 0331/FCI 22/2015.
