Thunder Mountain Central Asian Shepherd Dogs

We are a small kennel located in the southeastern United States. Our goal is to produce healthy, stable working farm and family guardians that possess the correct Old World temperament. Our breeding program is based on health and temperament-testing as well the actual livestock guardian and personal protection work our dogs do. We attend dog shows on a limited basis but we do not seek to produce top-winning show dogs. We do not put emphasis on impressive size or special color. Rather we seek to preserve the variety in type that makes the Central Asian Shepherd such a versatile working guardian dog. Our dogs are fast, agile, and tough, with great strength and endurance and a kind, affectionate nature toward their loved ones. 

We do not have fighting lines and will not knowingly breed to lines used for fighting.
