Not really for critique, though you are welcome to do so if you feel so inclined :) I personally critique constantly, regardless of age. I don't freak out about stages, now that I have the experience to look at pups and not panic, but I'm definitely not one of those "bad age to critique" types :)

I think he's LOVELY! However, if you're going to show him in the American show ring, he'd probably be faulted for his loin being a little short. But look at the muscles in the loin! Many of the dogs in the American show ring are weak in that area. I have a friend whose male is so narrow through the loin that I can span it with my hand, and I have a small hand1
I like his angulation - it's a lot for a WL, but not so much as to weaken his back end. Okay maybe he's just a LITTLE upright in the front shoulder area, but it's not bad.
Other than that, I can't find a single thing to criticize...I thought his earset could be better in the first photo, but when I saw the front view of his head, I realized he just wasn't focused enough in the first photo.

I have no experience in critiquing or what to look for, but I must say I like him a lot!
I can't wait to get a puppy...puppy fever is kicking up again!

He's a cutie. More importantly, is he going to do his job?

Xeph, what about UKC conformation? They allow working line dogs to show.
I don't care for UKC. Don't enjoy it at all.
Curious how at that age do you determine he might be a nice SG dog??
You learn to picture the adult dog. Experience tells you what changes and what doesn't, looking at the pedigree helps tell you the same. I do not think he will have the angles or motion to be a V dog, personally, but that doesn't mean he could surprise me.
He's nicely balanced, nice type, not rangey or coyote-like.
More importantly, is he going to do his job
I definitely don't anticipate any problems :)

Nice pup but tbh, I can't tell one pup from another, like human babies they all look identical to me.....UGLY.

Xeph I like this dog no matter the color and if he were black and brown/red he would do well in the SV shows

He is *easy to live with!* LOVELY off switch on this puppy. Not insane, not a screamer. Squeaks a bit when he's excited (he loooooooooooooves people!), but he isn't shrieky, isn't obsessive about chasing mops or brooms. He's just what I wanted!
