Please give me a critique on my girl and our stacking. She placed SG-1 in her class at 18 months; but after we get our IPO1 at the end of the month, I'd love to show her again. Here are a few we took this past weekend.

A female of medium size and strength, good proportions, good head, good neck, beautiful topline, normal withers, good strong back that is slightly sloping, slightly long loin, good lay of croup but slightly, only slightly short, good tail and tailset, good rear angulation, good hock. good underline, stands straight on its fore legs, could use more of fore chest development, short front upper arm, could use a bit more shoulder blade lay back, pasterns could be stronger, feet slightly flat and splayed. A nice looking girl and has nice pigmentation. Allover she looks good and healthy.

I leave comments on stack to others, stack is important to show her best. Good luck with her.

I would agree with Ibrahim....
Very nice working dog. Love her topline.

"The chest should be moderately broad, the lower chest as long and pronounced as possible. The depth of the chest should amount to approx. 45 % to 48 % of the height at the withers."  Its difficult to tell with all that hair, by I'm guessing that she is deep in the chest.

Is she slightly cowhocked, or is it the stack?

Thank you guys. I love her. Yes her hair makes it a little difficult to get a good read on her.

As far as the cow-hocked, think it's the stack. Never noticed it before.

I think sable coats must be my favorite GSD's. I used to train with a guy who had a male sable coat, the first I'd ever seen. Beautiful dog with a great temperament. I think you should show her again and that she will do well for the reasons that have already been listed above.

That's my plan, I hope to show her again in the fall after we get some more titles :)
