First Agility Trial - Cirberus Keep Fingers Cross - Page 1

We have our 1st agility trial coming up.  Keep your fingers crossed that  I  do not mess Cirberus up.    She does her best to compensate for me, but sometimes the better option is to sit down until Fawnda makes up her mind. 

If anyone knows of an ameteur photographer near Tyler TX willing to get up early on Saturday to laugh, have some fun, and take a few pictures..... have them contact me at fawndadogs@yahoo.com.

 

 

Many agility trials already have a photographer taking pics of all the runs and you can check out your pics at the end and buy what you want. If not, bring your video camera or iPad and ask someone sitting ringside to film you. Almost everyone films their runs so won't think anything of you asking.

What venue are you running? AKC, CPE, USDAA, NADAC?

Thanks I will bring my camera then. We are so excited (ok, maybe just me and Cirberus is looking at me like I am nuts).

Sounds like fun!!! go out the and have a good time, don't forget to laught at yourself and hug your dog when your done. Also make sure you know the ring rules. I think CPE makes your dog run naked. (IE no collar) so make sure you can catch her or have a solid down at the finish line.

Yes, we have a solid start line, come, and down. I took notes on everything everyone told me last year and we worked hard on all of it. We are having lots of fun and laughs. I told Cirberus last week in class that she was trying to kill me. :-)

I do not expect us to place or even qualify. If we do, great; if we don't, we will have a ball trying not to trip over each other (like in class). :-)

What is the prodical on what I wear? Is long shorts ok if it is hot or should I plan on wearing jeans?

Wear whatever you want, from shorts and bare feet to jeans and tennis shoes. There is a restriction on what you can have on your shirt related to sponsors, club affiliation, and that sort of thing. I don't remember what the exact restriction is so I just make sure it's not club or dog product related. You can look it up in the rules if you want. 

hahaha fawndallas, my friend all would look good, maybe a jeans is more practical, I could feel your excitement.......
