New dude, Blackthorn's Loch

by hexe on 24 April 2013 - 03:04

He's a lovely boy, nicely balanced, with a structure that speaks to athleticism.

Of course, I'm a bit biased, since I know from whence he sprang, but I'll bet he's also wicked smart, too--that runs pretty strong in his sire's lineage. Wink Smile

He is wicked smart ;)  He's doing an EXCELLENT job learning the new rules of my home (such as not being so pushy about toys).

He desperately wants to work and to have somebody to work with.  Very sweet dog.  Handler sensitive without being emotionally sensitive.  High sense of "right" and "wrong".

Nice dog, Xeph!

You're the one that got Loch? Congrats!! I saw on the Facebook group that he had found a new home, but did not know that was you. Cool!

I like Loch a lot. He is a good looking boy, and I love his happy expression. He looks very willing to please. Good luck with him!

uh ooh, I think somebody hacked Xeph's account. that ain't nothing close to an Am. s/l.

just kidding Xeph, and I really like how you keep expanding your GSD experience.

that's a handsome boy, the eye opener for me was when my w/l hopped up on the countertop to scrounge goodies that had been safe and out of reach from my s/l  for 25+ years..

I do understand what it is to enjoy showing dogs, I also understand what it is to realize that a show winner is not necessarily the end all, be all to what a GSD should be.

jmo,
Rik
