Missing Both P2 on bottom jaw. Can Dog still do biting work. Comments PLEASE.

yes, they can ......... mising both p2 is very anusual, its normaly the p1 or p3 that often are mising

Yes. I researched missing teeth and bitework a number of years ago, and talked to a police dog handler who's dog was missing 8 teeth (that's the most I'd ever heard of), and it had no issues. I've seen plenty of dogs with 1-3 missing teeth doing bitework, also with no problems.
The only issue I've ever seen is if the dog doesn't work for awhile, when it starts working again the area of exposed gums may get a little raw until it toughens up, kind of like when you haven't flossed in awhile and then go see the dentist. But after a few sessions that self resolved and it never seemed to bother the dog in the first place.
