I work with Todd's brother Chris. We had Todd out to work with our mondio ring club. Todd is a Mondio Ring decoy and competitor. He does very good training and the DVD looks to be based on sound operant conditioning theory. The ad comes across a little like a TV infomercial but I think the DVD is a very good basic obedience
set.
