Has anyone deal with this company ? Good or Bad . I am trying to contact them for last 2 weeks but have not had any success / Do they have Phone number that I can reach > Thanks

No phone number that I'm aware of. Only email and they can call you. Great service and no problems with them so far.

i love them its defently better then paying $80 for a dvd you might not like or dont feel live spending on a dvd i love them they ork with emails can be slow sometimes i would agree but had no problems.

It is very odd that he has no phone number or address to contact with except email that he hardly answer it. I like to know who I'm dealing with specially he has my credit card number . very odd .is this legal ? or not ? maybe thats why he is hidding / wonder ??

Email reply can be slow sometimes and others it is fast. If you are hesitant to use them I say don't. Just buy the videos brand new from a retailer online.

I've used the service for 6 months and let them know a dvd I was returning was defective. I received a reply(e-mail)within hours. So far the service has been great. Though I've had to wait for a couple of dvd's in my queue to be put back into the inventory....some are always out of stock, thats why it's best to have a few lined up in your queue!
