I have looked everywhere and cannot find any reference to extra teeth. Can anyone tell me what the rules are to extra teeth? How many if any are ok.

Have you read the breed survey rules? They make passing mention to extra teeth (in addition, of course, to everything regarding missing teeth)

Yes I have AND I have seen many BREED SURVEY class 1 dogs that have 2 extra P1's
But there is NO mention of what or how many extra teeth are allowed before a dog is penalized.

I believe my young dog's dam has an extra pre-molar. Her survey is in German and I had a friend read it to me but even being fluent it was confusing for him not understanding the dog terms or anatomy. The dog is KKL2 but I'm not sure if the tooth is the reason for that.

A dog can have extra P1s without it being any issue, it can only not make VA. So 4 extra teeth are no problem, there is no mention of any other extra teeth and I haven't ever seen dogs with more than 4 extra ones, and these were always the P1.

Bea, thanks for that my girl has 3 extra P1's , My vet is stumped, and she is also the best puppy that I have ever bred.

A couple of supernumerary teeth cannot cause a problem. The dog will be healthy and will not have health issues.
