I would be very careful with pig ,my friend feed her shepherd pig resulted in pancreatius she lost her dog her vet said it was because of pig fat .

Whatever you feed raw or otherwise any dog can get pancreatitis if overfed. What are the nutritional benefits in pig skin; if none then NO I would not feed it to the dogs.

HOWEVER, that is mostly because pork is very high in fat content... and THAT is what can cause pancreatitis.. The fat content is key, and many pets suffer from pancreatitis when fed excessively fatty, greasy table scraps - which are not part of a balanced diet.
I doubt if you give your dog occasional pork treats, or if it is an ingredient of the product of your dogs food otc food that any company would risk putting it in there if the pancreatitis from pork alone was a fact. Though... I stay away from it.
