Thank you for sharing that. Really it made my morning. I dislike her for a lot of reasons, mainly a personal one that has to do with Native American rights, and this just puts the icing on the cake about how truly ignorant she is. If you think this country is in trouble now people vote her in as Prez......................

“Lady Thatcher will not be seeing Sarah Palin............That would be belittling for Margaret – Sarah Palin is nuts.” so said an aide to Baroness Thatcher.

Tough to imagine what Sarah Palin would have to discuss with Thatcher - even allowing for the fact that the latter's mental faculties are not what they used to be! Imagine a meeting between Palin who is the personification of vapidity with Thatcher, who even her detractors would readily concede is a person of substance.

Yes, my dislike of her also stems from her lack of respect for Native American rights. I find it difficult to even take her seriously as a politician, given her absolute ignorance of such things most Americans have at least a vague knowledge of....like American history & the CONSTITUTION!
How could you possibly run the country if you don't know the constitution? (shudders to think it!)

Jackie, funny--and I don't mean ha ha-thing to me is her lack of respect for natives and her kids are mixed Inuit, I believe. I think when that came out it was just a political play--maybe trying to impress the rest of Indian Country. It didn't impress me and I don't think she gives a damn about the Indians.And if a person doesn't that's fine but don't be two faced about it.
