Let's address this Hodie topic on it's own thread.

Weeks before the wheels fell off on November 29th, I sent Hodie a pm and said lets come together. I know you are a mod and so am I. Lets talk. The pm was ignored.

Hodie did quit and Hodie has quit more times than I can count. If you all remember she was quit when she was named a mod. It was me who called her and emailed her, to tell her Oli wanted her as a mod. What makes any of you think Hodie did not quit as a mod? It is why Oli took her off moderation. She banned people that had done nothing wrong, she deleted most of the stuff that made some of you start new forums and leave this forum. She banned a few of you and you wanted to quit. Most of the members were ready to quit and some still have not been back. You guys read it all. Some of you she banned and heavily moderated. Some of her best friends on here were so mad, but it was Hodie who they should have been mad at. Oli witnessed all of it because after the Powerhaus meltdown Oli and I started emailing each other and we really had no choice, but to try and start over at that time, with new mods. Oli asked me who was making the comments in the link below and I answered not me and he removed everybody, but one mod and me. Here is the link with her words, unfortunately most of the comments she made in other threads were deleted by her, but she was removed before she could change or remove these comments.

Who do you think was that moderator? The one that left numerous mod edits with her disingenuous mod messages. You guys were furious. Hell at least 2 other forums sprang up because of a few of the first moderators.

Hodie was allowed to remain a member until she started talking about what she learned as a moderator and trying to name people she had no right naming. When you become a mod and find out the identity of other mods or think you know the identity and then you quit or are removed and you talk, what is admin supposed to do. Hodie was one of the biggest pushers of having the mods remain anonymous and then she starts naming names on the open forum, when she knew damn well that Oli did not want those things discussed. Several other mods are now just members either by there choice or being removed, but they are still members. See you folks see it how you want, but I see it all.

I have offered to bring Hodie back, but she said no or I was told she said no. I have also only received one pm from Hodie after she was removed and I must admit it was very insulting and demeaning. She will not pm me, but she has emailed lots of people to tell her story. Why not just pm me? I am the one who can change it.

I will address some other information that has come out and that is no Oli probably did not know Janice was posting on his site. Even if sent numerous email's and pm's. Oli does not have the time in a day to respond or read all the  pm's and email's he receives. I would guess he reads very little of what is sent, no person can read it all and do all his other things.

For the record I thought it was Chris S who busted on Janice.

"One moderators comment: I personally deleted my earlier comments this date because it made no difference in what I said or how I said it.  Explanations whether asked for or not turn into more witch hunting and slamming of moderators, no matter what we say or do. 

I will not block anyone or delete any thread or even bother to read the posts from here on out. It is a thankless task and most of you deserve what you get when it is unmoderated. There is little sense in staying here and being constantly abused by some of you. Some of you are downright pathetic and disingenuous. Too many of you have little clue about what really has been accomplished here in the last few months and you don't deserve this forum or what could be and once was."


I will be more than happy to address any questions you have with me in pm's. There really is no disputing what happened and we have it documented enough to satisfy our proof of action.

Again, Hodie needs to reach out to me and not the rest of the forum. She can sign a new name and talk to me in pm's. 

Edited to add: It is not our intention to post things like this about ex-mods or members, but in this case with the constant chatter through all channels I decided it was appropriate.  I think it is important to understand both sides of a story and not just one side. In others words I felt it should be addressed at this time.

Well, regardless of past tussles over moderation issues, I hope things can be hashed out and hodie returns.  Her knowledge of GSD health issues is unsurpassed, and she was a tremendous asset to this board when she was here previously. 

I hope Hodie accepts the olive branch, and comes back. Obviously her talents are not showcased as a moderator. It certainly is not a job for any body. I would never accept the job!......and NO one has ever asked!

You already have her side, it is how you know what you know and I do not appreciate you pming everyone and telling what you think you know.  It is not your place to be little mister tattletale.

Hodie has emailed untold number of people and told her story.

I told mine, nothing is hidden and if it wasn't for SHIT STIRRERS trying to cause problems we would not be in this very situation.

Hodie has been offered to come back at least twice and said she does not want to come back so I think you have your wires crossed as Hodie has made it clear she does not want to come back.

She is a serial quitter.

She quits, people fawn and she comes back.

Last thing-SHE DID QUIT as a mod and then because she was forced back by another member who did her a favor, she set out to get herself banned.

End of story.

On a slightly related note: I use an Android phone and or Android Tab most of the time. For some reason I am suddenly unable to access pms, either to make them or read pms to me. Can one of the mod tell me whether this is a tech problem with the devices, or the forum,before I trot off to the Sprint store? Also, would whoever sent pms in the past couple days please email me,

It might be a glitch. I know Oli changed a few things recently and we found another glitch in the sent pm's. I have not had the time to email Oli about it and a lot of weekends he is gone. I will try to email him and have him take a look at it.

It might not be the Android. I sent Oli an email. Now we just have to wait. Let me know if it starts working.

Wait one second, "all responses have to be made under the cover of darkness." isn't this exactly the situation going on at the present, you pming members running your mouth about things you do not know the whole truth about and hasn't it been what you and Hodie have been doing in emails in the cover of darkness and it is very unfair to regurgitate only one side of the story as there are other things that happened that you have no clue about.

"Especially when one side is presented on an open forum"  isn't this what you have pushed for, for about 2 weeks now? Presenting one side goes both ways. I have read some of the email's Hodie has sent people and she conveniently left out certain aspects and her part in this, how ironic.

One last thing, Hodie is welcome back, but she has went around and told everyone that she does not want to come back. How is this my doing? I am being straight as I have no reason to be otherwise. I went as far as suggesting to Oli that if Hodie ever came back, we ask her if she would write some articles on health issues and other matters. That offer also is on the table, but she needs to contact me and we need to talk out some things like adults.
