Wallace do you know if there is any timeline for these two organizations to get together and try to resolve the issues? I can't imagine that they are going to wait until the court date in November to fix this.

Richard,
In regards to your point 2a. I find it interesting that the entry forms for the WDA's IPO Championship and Universal Sieger Show are still not available. You would think if the judges were approved, the entry forms would be up. If the judges are approved, why are the entry forms not available?

Wallace,
It is indeed odd that there is such a "hush hush" from the WDA corner. Even Yee's usual spokesperson in Texas is quiet. One wit suggested that the quiet may be due to running out of Koolaid.

Richard,
I knew which organization was keeping it Hush Hush. But I can understand why, they are trying to buy time. If I was in Dan Yee shoes and have taken this as far as he has I would do the same thing. But to come to his defense it's not just Dan Yee it's others that's at the top that is delusional right along with him and is driving him to continue. Judy, I don't know of any timeline it's sad that it has come this far. What sad is for sure one organization is going to lose! No matter how much the three organization fought, there was still three. Now, a lot of loyal and good people that put their trust in leadership with misguided egos will have to at some point search for a new organization and worst yet some my just get out altogether.

Wallace:
Your points are excellent. I do think there is still a possibility that the GSDCA will be willing to meet at the table in an effort to reach an amicable settlement. I have no direct reason for this but I do think Yee and his possibly overly devoted followers may have shot themselves in the foot so to speak and any hope for a compromise heavily weighted in WDA's favor is likely quite remote. .
There still may be some wiggle room and some possible compromise if the stalling efforts cease and the two can sit down with the intention to resolve the situation. However, my perspective at this juncture is that I can not believe the GSDCA would be willing to take Yee's group back under its wing the way things were before the diatribe started. As I see it, the WDA, at best, needs to come to the table expecting to give up, loose or get rid of (depending on their point of view) any any all ties it has previously had, enjoyed, benefited from or suffered resulting from it association with the GSDCA. With that thought in mind and as I see it any hope for the WDA's receiving WUSV membership seemingly goes out the window. I cannot see any possibility that the WUSV will ordain a 3rd member club in this country. In like manner, the WUSV will take the GSDCA's status as its oldest member in this country and and give no consideration to revoking that long standing relationship in favor of the WDA.
As I and some others have said, being absent of the GSDCA's credibility will leave and allow the WDA to move and shake under its own devices. Whether that is a good thing or not is subject to some conjecture and each individuals perspective. One possible avenue for Yee and his folks is they might have a remote possibility of finding a new home and at least a degree of minimal international credibility as a working dog organization within the auspices of Helmut Riser's club, The RSV2000.
What is most regrettable in all of the "pissing match" is some good people will inevitably get hurt and the sport and breed has suffered greatly. Egoes and narcissism often damage more than they enhance.

Hexe:
Thanks. Your change made it more accurate, I think I misspelled Helmut Reiser's name.

Just a thought for everyone to consider!!!!!!!
Admittedly, I do not know Mr. Daniel Yee personally or even remotely. In fact, and as I recall, I had never heard of the man until Danny Spreitler became President of the WDA.
If I knew the man, I would not hesitate to ask some direct public questions of him so I offer these with the remote hope that maybe he or one of his followers will be allowed to help us. That of course is contingent on the question as to wheter anyone other than Mr. Yee has any actually knowledge of the the answers. All of the following questions are pretty simple and all but two of them can be answered quite quickly with either a yes or no. No lengthy, ambiguous, legal jargon, political spinning or avoidance directed manipulations of the english language are necessary in answering.
1. What was the name of the organization you (Daniel Yee) signed as representing when you, Mr. Yee, and SV President Hinkle entered into that supposed agreement in September?
1a. Does any organization by that same name actually exist in the United States of America?
1b. If the answer to 1a. is yes, then in what state is it licensed to operate, chartered or incorporated?
2. Has the WDA received formal SV approval for its judges for the WDA's IPO Championship?
2a. Has the WDA received formal SV approval for its judges for the WDA's Universal Sieger Trial?
2b. Has the WDA received formal SV approval for its judges for the WDA's Univeral Sieger Show?
2c. Since the WDA is not a bona fide member of the WUSV, will the winner of the WDA's Universal Sieger Show be eligible to enter the International Universal Sieger Show in Europe this year?
3. Has the WDA received formal SV approval for its judges for the WDA's Sieger Show this year?
3a. Does the WDA have formal authority from the SV/WUSV to refer to its Sieger Show as an official WUSV event?
4. Will any WDA competitor be eligible to enter the WUSV Team Qualification Competition without competing at the GSDCA's IPO Championship?
I and the rest of this country's dogsport world will be better served if Mr. Yee or one of his followers will afford us the very simple answers to the questions above. I wish to thank Mr. Yee or his responding follower in advance for caring enough about the sport and breed in this country to be responsive and forthright. Answers are needed but to be perfectly honest, none are expected.
