I probably shouldn't be interjecting here, but your posts are nagging at me.....and, well....I just have to ask.  Not to be nosy, but because of your reference to NYC and other locales, are you in an apartment building or any type of residence that supports more than one unit?  Are you a man or woman.....what's your height and strength?

She's getting bigger by the day.  I hate suggesting this since she's five months, but it might be the best course for her and you.  By all means search out and work with someone competent, but I doubt any sufficient training will take place too soon.  Looking at her eyes and expression, if I were you I'd check out the Leerburg site and purchase the dominant dog collar.  I have visions of you being in a hallway, entrance way or elevator and her getting somewhat ballistic.  If true, you'll need your girl under control.  She absolutely needs to know that you have under control, and you absolutely need to have the confidence that you can control her.  As she gets bigger, your height and strength to LIFT her will factor in big time.

I guess I see you being evicted if a problem ensues, and you don't own the building.(lol)  Mind you, this is a little drastic, and I really have some reservations, but being prepared might save you and the dog some major heartache.

LMH

I am male  5 feet  9 inches and weigh 185 lbs. I live in a privately owned house, with fenced backyard; I am not anyone's tenant. The look you see in her eyes in simple the reflection of the camera generated flash off the fundus ( interior surface ) of her eyes. Thanks for the good parts of your advice... Im just a little surprise about  your  " eviction conclusion ...lol et al ", when you don't have a single fact  I except your (  "visions" ) about me being in a hallway entrance or infront an elevator; its just kind of funny.

On another  note, this puppy is a joy to be with at home, and sleeps on her own bed in our bedroom. Like  any WL GSD pup she is the typical " always has to have something to do " kind of puppy. She is a joy to be with,  I have zero regrets, and will never part with her for $$.

That sounds like a great home for a dog. I wish I had a big fenced yard for mine. I find females to be more challenging than males; not only as puppies but throughout their entire lifetimes Wink Smile.  Female dogs that is.

I will pm you when I get the information you need.
