I have used their service for over a year now and have not had a major problems. Shipping time is very slow and sometimes there is a long wait for the more popular dvd's but other than that it beats having to buy each video seperately. Nothing is worse than paying 60$ for a video and finding it useless.
Also never had any issues with scratched or damaged DVD's that I can remember, so I havent had to deal with customer service.
