Hello, I live in Barcelona and I do French ring in Spain, I would like you to advise me which breeders are the best, they provide better lines to work the French ring and bell. I already have a malinois but it is very calm, I would like one that could get to be in the top ten. Thank you.

then best option is to buy a young adult that can already show you what its qualities are

I am not sure if Stephanie of Loucyn Malinois in California is still breeding, but, she competed in French Ring and bred some very nice dogs.
Nierlender's Malinois in Belgium also breeds very nice dogs, but, more geared toward NVBK then FR. You can contact both of these people and see if they can help you find the dog you are looking for. Best of luck.

If you're in Europe there's nothing over here in NA that is better than what you can get in Europe. If you are doing French Ring try Vallee de Luvry in France.
