Translation from Bing translator: Hi, I have a question about the birth of the puppies. The puppy that is first born is that then the strongest of the litter or does it not matter if the puppy is born first or as a last word?

No, it just means that it is the first one in line to come out in her uterus. A female's uterus has 2 horns, and the pups are lined up in the horns. Usually when she's giving birth, the pups will come from first one side of the uterus, then the other.

The strongest pup is not always the largest (heaviest) at birth either. I got a pup that was half the size of her biggest brother when she was born. By 8 weeks of age, she had caught up in weight to her other sisters!
