Help - Anyone know a breeder in Alabama - Page 1

Hello All,

I have a very weird issue going on right now. I think I may have got myself into something weird. 

I do not have a malinois, however I might end up being an accidental owner soon. Although sure I was being primed for a scam.

I think I have been part of an online scam. But things have got very weird today. This was all on Twitter and I knew it was a scam and felt like a scam but I wanted to see it to the end. There were animals involved, I had recently put my old basset hound to sleep and was vulnerable.

Supposedly there is a kennel with malinois puppies and several breeding pairs. The owner breeds for security co panies worldwide supposedly. The scan came when he had over 20 trained dogs in some sort of airport in Sri Lanka to be shipped to some country. He only needed 100 dollars. I didn't give it to him like he asked even though he promised to pay me back. He apparently worked that out. Then today same situation except he was shipping trained dogs to Israel. During tthis time he assured all dogs were fine. And wanted to actually give me a puppy from a recent litter since they weren't going to be trained and what not.

When I declined to western union money to him he decided to sell the kennel in Alabama and the training facility in Sri Lanka. He said some other nasty things as well that concerned the future of all dogs.

I got an email today from one of his men that work for him. This man told me sheriffs were at the kennel and things were getting ugly. He then said he wanted to bring me a puppy since the others were going to be "taken away" he was going to be in my area on this coming Tuesday.

I want to know if any of you knowledgeable Malinoi people here know of any kennel in Alabama or sri lanka and what might be going on? 

I have no plans on meeting with this random person from an email to obtain a puppy or be murdered or anything like that. 

I understand you may feel this is a weird place for me to reach out but I have read every single forum post from every feed. The Malinois community seems to be small and maybe someone knows something. I am researching and reaching out to other people as well. But IF this is a real kennel and things are going down I am afraid for these puppies that are only 45 days old. I am under the impression they are no longer with their mother. I also believe there are many many dogs and puppies. If there were ever puppies and dogs involved at all ever. TThe whole thing could have been made up to take advantage of me. I know some scam artists are quite good at what they do, even to an intelligent person.

If the seller or donater has been unwilling to give you names and references, don't walk away....... RUN

If any deal seems unbelievable, it is probably unbelievably bad.  Fools and their money (or maybe Blood) are soon parted.

you should send all correspondence with this person to the FBI, humane society, AC and all other relavant authorities ASAP.
