anybody tried this food?  Looks like a decent dog food at 26% c.p. , no corn ingredients and a great price also.

I fed it and raw for years and loved it.  Unfortunately we have moved where there is no Costco without a major drive it is also against the law here to sell raw bones so that is also out of the picture.

I want to sit on my hands but I can't. Rice is really hard to digest for dogs. I would look at the grain free alternative that costco sells. Nature's Domain, salmon and sweet potato.

I don't know how hard it is to digest, though I've certainly seen it come out just about the same shape it went in, however, my issue with rice is arsenic. It can contain higher than acceptable (what, exactly, is an acceptable level of arsenic? LOL) levels of it and while eating it once in a while may not kill ya, it can't be good to feed it every. single. day. the way most dogs eat kibble. Moderation goes out the window when you pour the same stuff in a bowl for 15 years. http://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/red-flag-ingredients/arsenic-rice-dog-food/

so dogs are really sensitive to arsenic, I wish dog food makers washes the rice during processing.  This is scary, because I eat rice 3 times a day, but we wash it at least 2 times before cooking.

I personally won't touch it being a Diamond product.

Is their something wrong with diamond products?

other than they keep getting recalls only after dogs drop dead so much it cant be ignored? I will not feed anything manufactured at a diamond plant. I was doing so and dogs were very ill and they did not care then dogs started dieing and they still would not recall.
