Antlers-the best chew toy there is. - Page 1

I got an antler from the pet store for my Mal.  He loves it.  I got rid of all the million different toys he has.  All the gross soft cloth toys that have stuffing that he eats and amazinlgy poops out everytime.  I like this toy, now he has one item.  Easy to clean, just drop in boiling water, you can even add some beef broth or soemthing like that.  It cleans the teeth.  Was $8 but after reading other peoples stories, they can last a month or more.  I am sold so far.  Anyone here use them?

Love them and recommended them to many clients! Better than any toy or rawhide chew! We have a bigger one that already lasts for a year.

My dogs didn't care for them lol.  

Yes I really like them and have recommended them on here.   Bit expensive from the pet shop.  If you can pick up cast antlers in the woods, they do just as good a job for free.

I love antlers but unfortunately we have too many decoarative racks in the house and I know if I started giving them smaller ones I'd come home one day to a dog hanging off a giant rack on top of the wardrobe. :D

I personally didn't care for them ,
however of the 3 dogs, 2 are diehard
chainsaws and love them.

The oldest has some *ahem* 'dental challenges',
so while he does chew them, just doesn't blaze
through them like the younger dogs.
I like to kid myself into thinking he is simply taking
mercy on my wallet, those antlers are NOT cheap!

It makes my other half chuckle to watch a young dog
mow through one in about 3-4 hours.
That's a pretty expensive hourly toy!
