The first posting on the sight about the man coming from Atlanta and seeing the 5 dogs and one of them was a lab was my dog. He was suppose to train him for search and rescue as well as obedience. When he brought "Shadow" back he didn't bring his paperwork, his certificate of completion, nor did he follow up with the training we were suppose to have to use Shadow for search and rescue. Now I am going to have to pay to have him trained again, I am very upset with him, becaused he told us that Shadow was in a class of 16 dogs and when he finished his search and rescue course he was 10th in his class. Shadow's obedience training was not very good either, and we are having to go through training again with him so he obeys better, Wish I knew now what I knew then, however I always paid him with a check and the amount was for 1500 dollars. Learned my lesson. don't know what to do about this matter can anyone advise?

He tried to scam us by selling a dog he did not even have. I sent him money and he was going to run like he's done to so many others and got away with it. However, I called the detective down there because he commited a crime and he was going to do some time. I got my money back.
You need to take him to small claims court!!!
