Based on the photos I'd say they could be, do you have any photos of them standing?  How old are they?

No, I don't think so. They have to much bones for a malinoi, I believe perhaps a bigger dog, like a great Dane?  (Dänische Dogge) What kind is the mother of the puppies?

Hi,

they look like Malinois, sometimes from the lines of Balou and/ or Arek von der Wautz you can expect these kind of type.
They are not so closed on the standard, but these kind of Malinois have nice prospects for work and duty.
