Hi all
Ive got a 5 month old malinois and her ears have yet to stand up. They stood up for maybe 3 or 4 days but fell back down. I talked to a malinois trainer who said there is no doubt I will have to help them stand up but Ive also heard they wont if shes still cutting teeth so its just been mixed reviews. It looks like maybe the bottom half has hardened but the tops are very floppy. Anyone seen this before?

its common in sheperd breeds you could tape its ears and hope for the best.sometimes the will go floppy as a pup and then straighten up...

They very well might come up on their own, but if it were my dog I'd probably tape/ glue them up just to improve the odds.

Nice dark pup! I would help the ears by taping at this age, though they may still come up on ther own. Better to help them along then them not come up on their own. i
