So I'm guessing that this goober is running around selling dogs out of the back of his van like stolen stereo equipment? Who is this person breeding Malinois who doesn't even know his own blood?????????

If its the one i think your talking about his name is Carlos Jovel also goes by the last name luchuga.. he sells sick pups and refuses to answer or give reason why.. he never advertises in his area only in manteca ca when he lives in modesto.. when i googled his email there is various ads of different breeds coming from this guy.. his email is morjaw@yahoo.com he also goes by morjaw on here..

I dont know how to get it out there that this is a bad guy!! This is my best bet and it seems if we dont some how stop him now there will be more people having a bad experience with him.. i really feel sorry for all the dogs that run threw that house..
