This is the same guy that stiffed me on a set of blinds. To make a short story long, I was looking for a set of Ebinger blinds, canvas, long pegs and crown at the top. I was also interested in getting a 7th blind with a trap door. Being as FDA was the only distributor in the US, I was handcuffed. On the phone, Klaus tells me he has them in stock but wants a cashier's check for the $1460+. I go to the bank on a Saturday and then to the Post Office to get it in the mail right away. I wait a couple of weeks and receive nothing. Phone calls go unanswered and unreturned but finally I get him and he tells me that they will be coming in on the next container from across the pond. He then tells me that he has the same set but with collapsible poles to which I say NO, NO, NO,,,,,I hate collapsible poles, I want solid shaft. He swears I will like them more and I still say NO, NO, NO. Bottom line, he sends them anyway,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and I freakin' hate them. He sends 6 small Schmidt (similar to Gappay but smaller) rubber blinds with NO crown as I had requested and 1 Klin blind with the trap door and 4 pole crown (this one I like). One blind is missing some of the hardware, several of the "collapsible" poles don't lock in place and separate every time you remove them from the ground. His answer, send them back. Really????? I'm supposed to ship them back on MY DIME????? Being that this transaction had already taken several months what were my assurances that anything was ever coming back? My cashier's check was long gone. So, another case of crappy people in the dog world. I even dragged the blinds from northern Illinois down to Florida while on my way to a FR trial only to have him never answer the locked gate. Left a business card in his mail box but never heard from him again. Needless to say, I still have this toy rubber blinds that I absolutely hate for my $1460 investment. Being as it is Sunday, I'll keep my real feelings in check.
I sent him $ 15'000 for dog kennels, he shipped me half of the stuff and it was all wrong in size, I call him, emailed him he comes with excuses after excuses and tells me they come in the next container bla bla...this is going on since one year, he has my money I don't have the material I wanted, he scrued me like I have never seen somebody doing that! I was even in Florida to see the kennels he sells! He is the biggest bullshiter, don't trust him, don't send him money you won't get it back and I would also never buy a dog from this man Klaus!!
He is really bad for the dog business!
