Hi- I am looking to get a Malinois puppy or young dog in the future and wanted info on breeders. Before we get into the " We cant possibly recommend a breeder w/out knowing exactly who you are and what you want" I'm looking for an honest and savvy breeder who knows her dogs and can help me find what I want. I would like to meet the breeder and her dogs- currently in Santa fe but will be returning to Md/Va. I've had GSDs before and been happy except with relatively short lives. Have trained horses professionally for 30yrs, and would like to experiment w/schutz so would like dog w/enough drive to train, but not expecting a worldbeater-handler inexperience would be enough to ensure that. Will be living at riding school, so need an environmentally stable type. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I am also a horse trainer for 30+years.
I recently am learning the SchH art of training. Maybe also will try french ring!
I have a cousin in NM, recently moved from Santa Fe, He was a decoy for the SchH clubs I believe.
I can ask him for a great reputable breeder in your area.
He also had GSD's growing up and later had a couple of amazing malinois!
