Alright Dude here is some enlightenment. First off i dont know you or anyone else on this board from Adam (with the exception of Vinny). For all I know The All Mighty Dude is a fat and lazy piece that spends half of his day sitting in front of his computer critiquing dog videos, and the other half of the day beating off to child porn. None of his time is spent working dogs and if it was, holy shit, he would probably have mistakes too. My God could we possibly be human? No... not the Dude he is perfect. Taking a look at how much he is on this site spouting his gospel I believe this is a fair assumption. Whenever asked his credentials he bails, and if he gave them, along with anyone here (except those I know personally) I would have no reason to believe they held any validity at all. If you have ever watched Dateline NBC's, To Catch A Predator with Chris Hansen, you would understand why. I know you were probably perfect the third time you went out and showed your dog at a trial, I believe you probably went to worlds that year but had to cancel due to a recent bout of influenza, which is perfectly understandable. But for those of us who are a little slow and cant quite be omnipotent give us a break. I have too much going on in my life to care if I had 22 mistakes on the schutzhund field, I have had a lot more mistakes that have cost me more than a point in everyday life. I work dogs to get away from people like you and have some fun in life. I dont critique unless asked to, nor am I gonna listen to one from some idiot, god knows how far away, whos face I dont even know. And you can't say your critique was helpful because guarunteed Vinny has heard it before, it just takes a little time to implement. My main point here is I don't know you and even if I met you I wouldn't like you. You, Dude, appear to have the ego the size of Mars, and the life of a dejected 13 year old. Hence why you're hiding on the database giveing a bad name to The Dude from The Big Lowbowski. Please I encourage you to post some of your videos and take some criticism from a fellow jack ass.
Take care,
Spencer

Let me say it again, if you put a video on the Internet, YOU ARE OPENING THE DOOR TO CRITICISM, good or bad. If you don't want to accept it, DON'T PUT IT OUT THERE. Personally, I don't take videos of my dogs and their training, don't even own a camera. I train for my own enjoyment, not public accolades. If you want me to tell you that everything in that video was perfect, you're in for disappointment. I'm going to tell you what I saw and if you didn't see it or didn't offer to tell your friend Vince how to fix it or make it better, you're not much of a friend.
Now having said that, let me quote Jack Nicholson from "A Few Good Men" because apparently, you have the same problem, "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH'.
What about my comments was incorrect and not truthful? You must have had a problem following the rules as a child, or maybe you still are one? Probably don't use your turn signal either do you?

I never really claimed to be much of a friend. As a matter of fact I can tell you I'm a flakey friend, Vinny can attest to that. But I'm not the worst friend, I just choose to not answer my phone sometimes, maybe not show up when I told someone I would, you know the sort of thing that only other people do, never ones self. But thats not really for me to decide. If you knew how to decipher words, I said LOUD and CLEAR that it was not a perfect showing. What part of the truth can I not handle??? I haven't even given you anything to "tell me the truth" about. You obviously missed my point.
You asked me why I wouldn't take advice from people on this board. I answered because I have no clue who you are and I have plenty of people I trust and do know to ask. Your advice is not needed as much as you think it is. You obviously posted this video on here to instigate Vinny. There are a thousand videos of people making mistakes out there, why not those ones?
Hell no I didn't follow the rules as a kid. God didn't either, to be the creator of good and evil he would surely have to have known evil correct? And the only way to know is through experience. So yes even you had to break rules wen you were younger. My GPA throughout highschool was no more than a 2.0 at times less. I'm now in college with a 4.0 and am applying for grad school.
As for my turn signal hell no I don't always use it, I even drink and drive sometimes. I'll admit some hit and runs have even been completed in the past, and I ocasionally speed (about once a day). I pass over the double yellow, run stop signs and an ocasional light, diven with a cracked windshield, brake lights have been out the list goes on and on. I've busted the mirror off a car that almost hit me on my bike. This is just my driving record. Whats your point? You have never done any of those things?? You'd be a fool and a liar to say no.
For you to sit here and tell me I cant handle the truth is ignorant. You have no idea what I "can" and "can't" handle. I'm not foolsih enough to claim that I can for anyone else either. Pretty much GET @*&%^$. I think I just gave you more truth than you wanted.

Hmmmm, a 4.0 at an institution of higher learning and can't spell. Kind of a sorry barometer of our educational system.
How is it you take exams and turn in work without being able to take criticism? When you register for a class are you not signing on to accept the teachings of someone you have never met or even seen? Someone who has more knowledge of a specific subject matter? In most cases classes are taken primarily for convenience of scheduling, not necessarily for who is instructing them.
BTW, you are very long winded and really don't say much, try sticking to the subject at hand.

Sorry Dr. I will address my spelling a bit more carefully when I decide to turn this in for a final grade.
My posts have at least addressed the topic at hand. You jump around like a skipping stone. Difference between what you have to say and what a professor has to say is they can prove their credentials, I have face time with them and if I decide I dont like them I can drop the class. You really are an idiot arent you? Your arguement has no solid foundation.

Hmmmm, let's see
For those of you who want to cut down on handler errors and not cost your "dog" the points, count the "handler" errors in this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G5nsDIqkcQ
I count 22
That was my original post. Which part of losing handler points is not a valid "argument"? How can you say when someone is trialing, losing unnecessary points that could have been avoided by better information or better training, is not valid? Do you bother even reading what you are writing before you press send?

You know I used to post on a dog board that had argumentative threads very similar to this one. It turned out that many were actually the same person arguing with themselves by posting under different names. All for their own amusement. Occasionally they would drag someone else into their game. Pretty pathetic. After implementing a variety of security measures they disappeared. That board no longer exists. I wonder where that person posts now?
