Eve Von Mountainlake acheieved her BH at the Mideastern Regionals. Was not the greatest and I made several handler mistakes, however, we accomplished what others said we never would. Supposedly she was "too high drive for Schutzhund" and "too dog aggressive" - lol! Well, now on the road for our 1 this fall. Thanks to those who supported, pushed, yelled and encouraged both of us - it was and is much appreciated!!!

Congratulations!
Susie, I heard yesterday that one of mine would be easier to train for SchH if he weren't so high drive in all 3 phases. And I thought he was the easy one of the bunch! Handler has done a super job with him and he's currently a 2, going for 3 this coming month.

As long as they aren´t simply nuts it´s easier to slow them down than to "make them like the work". But some people are simply too slow for their dogs ( physically and mentally )

Too high a drive to train? No such animal. Too much drive is never a problem.

Great job Eve. Big steak. Any pictures of the good girl?
I too have a "that dog can't do ____" dog. We are also off showing the world our middle finger and defying all. Nothing like a mean comment from a stranger to get us off our rears just to be stubborn and obstinant. Having a stubborn trait is a good thing.
