This isn't training. This is absolutely disgusting f'ed up mess. That dog is only learning to bite children. Poor kid is willing and getting nothing in return. Whoever the parent is should be taken out and shot.
I have no problem WHATSOEVER, using kids as helpers with trained, clear headed dogs. Kids have a blast, they learn something, keeps them interested.
This video is none of that.

I expect the owner is unfamiliar with real bitework training, and that he thinks
his puppy is just being playful. Unfortunately there are too many cases of such
ignorance, people 'must have' certain breeds as pets because they've heard about
their security capabilities but then have absolutely no idea whether their lifestyle
is suitable for the breed, nor how to handle them when they've got them. He will
probably only wake up when the dog is a bit older, a bit heavier, and bites his
kid for real. Then guess what ? It'll be the pups fault and he'll go to a shelter ...
