Per Article V, Section 4, Item E of the WDA by laws:
“If no valid additional nominations by written petition are received by the Secretary at his or her regular address on or before sixty (60) days prior to the date of the next annual meeting, the Nominating Committee’s slate shall be declared to have been elected, and no balloting will be required.”
So if no additional persons have been added to this slate, these persons will be automatically elected. Sad that the voice of the members has again been silenced. The Board will have elected your officers and you had no voice in who was elected.
Does anyone know if any additional persons were added to the slate for any office?
