I have a question for all you clever people, my friend has an aussie male of 5 years almost. He was neutered for about 2 years ago, and my friend think that it may be a reason why he has been a very nervous dog, he is afraid of many things sounds, children playing, noise, he was not afraid of the type sounds

Neutering does not make a dog afraid of things, bad temperament and/or bad socializing does.
