Dose any one know what this is? What is the cause? What is the cure?

That would be nasal tissue.I spelled it wrong.

Yes that must it.I have never heard of it.Long story made short,I sold a pup to a man last Dec.,last may he called to see if I would take the pup back it had gotten bigger then he thought it would!!I said yes bring it to me.In the mean time I got a call from a girl looking for a sable pup for a cop friend of hers,so I arranged for the pup to be transferred to her.The original purchaser said the pup was in fine shape just to big.Now after she has the pup for a few days I call to see how the pup made the transfer,she tells me she wants to keep the pup for herself,The pup was sold with out it's ACK,she wants the AKC to breed him to her female.I tell her a price ,she needs time to come up with the money.She tells me the pup is fine.A month goes by she calls me tells me the pup is losing weight and having bloody noses .I told her to take it to the vet.she tells me all vet check are good no problems.I ask her to give me back the dog.she won't.She lies A LOT,I send a friend to go check on the dog ,my friend tells me the dog is very thin.I call the first owner again he tells me the dog left his place healthy and happy.She dose not want to give me back the pup.SHE CALLS ME YESTERDAY TELLS ME SHE GAVE THE PUP TO A BREEDER DOWN STATE AND HE WANTS TO BUY THE AKC.I told her no I want my dog back,She lies ,she calls me back the dog is still at her house.She forgets what she tells me I guess.So i ask her if she got her female bred she says no she had her spayed,in the next five minutes she tells me she did not have her spayed yet.then she tell me the dog has had something stuck up it's nose and caused this granulated nasal tissue that needs to be taken care of. Well i will get the dog back on saturday but i do not know what the nasal thing is.She says it was caused by the first owner sticking something like a pencil up his nose.

She said the dog went to the vet .It was benign.BUT SHE LIES.
