I guess I would like
1. My bathroom remodeled
2. My kitchen remodeled
3. New carpet
4. Steps from inside my house down into the basement.....we have steps but you gotta go outside to get to the laundry room! YUCK!!
That is about it! We should be closing on our home improvement loan in a couple of days....DH wants a hot tub so that might throw a wrench in the ACTUAL home improvements! LOL!! I wouldn't mind a hot tub either if I get at least my bathroom and kitchen redone!

We would like to spend Christmas with our 19 year old son who is in his 5th week of Navy boot camp. Well my wish came true, our son called and said they get 12 hours off on Christmas day so we are heading to Great Lakes by Chicago Christmas eve day and get to spend the whole day with him. I have never seen my wife so happy. Merry Christmas to everyone on the database.
