Have there been incidents of dogs getting caught up in the fabric of collapsible tunnels?

The regular, open-ended tunnels haven't been associated with much in the way of injuries, even when they're set up in serpentine or curve configurations, so there's been no call from agility competitors to eliminate that piece of equipment.

My own dog got wrapped up in it, rolled several times, ripped it off the rigid part, and tried to jump the next jump with it still wrapped around him where he again crashed. I don't think there's a single person going to miss this. We now need to think of another fun, challenging, and safe obstacle to replace it.

I am not actively involved in agility, never thought about the problems of the chute, but this changed my mind!
