Good thing for those. Who else needs one?

Anybody going to Bridgeport CT for the Conformation/Seiger show? And mods... can I get a sticky on this one? Thanks!

Bee,
Could you post the information for the show?  Dates, times and Judges?  I'm sure many here would be interested.

I see there is an official posting with this event on the boards....now. Teeth Smile I wouldn't miss this for the world. I am just so close, I have no excuses. And besides, I am tinkled pink to actually know where this is! Some may remember the first time I tried to go to a dogsport event, it was years ago, and I heard about a trial nearby from reading this board, and no one would tell me exactly where the fields were!  They thought I was a PETA spy, LOL.... remember that? I sure hope spectators are truly welcome!

I am just not clear as to some things, from the spectator POV. Like how many "rings" are there, and how much actual field is used? Is there a posted order of events for each day? Are they timed out?

And the "event field" indicated is the Beardsley Park/ Zoo address. So is spectator parking being allowed at the Zoo? Or along the road? That's a long stretch of road? And there are fields at either end! I do wonder?

Oh, and this link should work. (The other thread link, does not.)

Is this what Bubbabooboo was alluding to when he flounced on out? Maybe he will be entered?  Hmmm....?...

I will say, if it is the field at the far end, I hope they get someone out there to clean up the garbage. I can't believe people go there for picnics amid such garbage, and add their own at the end of the day. My DH says the city doesn't even put out barrels over there! He takes the dogs for romps in the wee hours of the weekend a.m. There is the river that feeds the pond, that you can see from the highway. And then in the front field, there is the pond. Off limits of course. But there it is. No swimming, it is quite dangerous really, with many drowning histories.

The Zoo has new Mexican wolves on display, and maybe they are providing parking hoping to boost attendance? I just don't know how these things work.
