i have seen many dogs and my new puppy has this as well his ears are up solid but the one the tip is curled back the only other dog i worked with that had this issue i took breath right strips and surgical glue and just glued the tip upright and the puppy's ears corrected in probably 48 hrs at the maxx. but hers where extreem like the tips where touching the backs of the ear. should i bother with it or just let it be to see if it corrects?

It will turn normal when it older.

I wouldn't correct it, anymore than I'd put a curly tail in a splint hoping it grows straight, or force a dog to track that would rather airscent.  Let be what appears as it is.

Cute pup !  My neighbor has an adult showline GSD with one of the ears like that.

My puppy had that for a few weeks and it corrected itself.  Then for a while when he would run around, if I took pictures sometimes the tip was flipped back while running.
