A great knife, one of those fancy deals with the built in saw and spoon/fork combo.
An unlimited supply of IMP's the Canadian ones are much tastier than the US MRE's :)

What islands are these that we are stranded on that would have internet and cell phone service? Bahama's? 
In that case, all I would need is some sunscreen, a bathing suit and money for the slots.
