I fly out to Cali and kick someone's ass. Then I eat at the Carl's Jr, which gives me diarrhea. I get back on a plane and do shots of tequila in first class.

@Chaz- That's hilarious!

My answer is much less fun.

I can eat anything I want as long as-

I exercise the dog for 1.5 hours, do Tracie Long's exercise videos three times per week (I'm prone to bingo wing), and subscribe to Nutrition Action (http://www.cspinet.org/nah/canada.htm). Nutrition Action tells me that I everything I eat is wrong (they only approve of Eden's Organic Beans); according to Nutrition Action, I'm supposed to eat 10 or 11 servings of fruit and vegetables per day. I try to do that- I get so tired of chewing that I give up on food for the day.

 now that i have quit smoking and drinking(22 years ago) food is my vice.
i would love to have zimmermans job on exotic foods. that dude has a great job.
my exercise is working the dogs and gardening in the spring.

I DO NOT believe in DIET!


I eat everything i want, anytime i want it and as much as I want it.....however I get my a$$ up at 4 am and go jogging w/ 1 or 2 dogs, I get to the gym if its a bad weather.. 30 min elliptical, weights, 30 min bike, sauna....sweat it out, work it out...and at work ALWAYS take stairs instead of elevator.....I am not small by any means I am size 12-14 (usually I am size 10) winter food = comfort food is my weakness but it comes off when it needs to.... so no limiting myself by any means in any shape or form...life is too short not to try everything at least once or twice..LOL. :)

I tried the "shake weight" once. I guess I'm not strong enough to control it. It hit me in the head and knocked me out. I woke up 2 hours later and it was in my lap, still going! It reduced my size drastically :(. Hey, 6 minutes is equal to a 42 minute workout!
