So, who all on here had rough storms today? We had two tornadoes here in Dickson....spotted tornadoes, not just warnings. Lots of strong winds/rain and lightning as well. I think most everything is gone from our area now other than rain.

Hit us last Thursday and we had bad winds, lots of rain, and tornadoes. Closed the Skyway bridge, more than a couple trailers and trucks blew over.

we got hit last night....pretty freaky...wind was crazy all evening around 1 am it started raining, lightning, thunder.....lots of damage everywhere trees on roads people w/o power...sunny right now thought...

Southern Oklahoma--we had 2 spotted tornados so had to take shelter twice. Lots of hail, lightening, mega rainfall. Those poor people east of me--Tushka--lost their whole town. I've seen some of the clips and it was awful. Last night they had the sherriff on the news and he was crying. They were warning people to stay away not only from the town but the whole county. I think we--my town--came out very lucky.

My mom & brother live in NC, they were very lucky, both had tornadoes hit within a few miles of them, but they were OK. Prayers go out to all those who suffered through these storms! Stay strong! jackie harris

we had high winds all night and several thunderstorms also. i had some branches blown in the tard band we are thankful.
folks to our south weren't as lucky. i wish the all a speedy recover and send my earnest sympathy to allthe famils defasted and lost loved ones.
i am sure there will be fund raising for the familys.
lets take care of our own and worry about disasters elsewhere as we can.
