Ah so i was right cattle dog X Bulldog, funky looking! (Interesting but funky.) The dark brindle dog looks ike a Standard bulldog. Which is the type i perfer. (Less health problems) And your current dog's buddy looks t be a Catahoula Leopard hound.
Have fun with them.

Following your advice, we had Mac tested for NCL and he is "clear". :)

That's awesome! He's a nice looking dog, maybe think about showing him a little.
Or doing some sort of dog sports stuff with him.

Mac has matured!

Dont know anything about the breed, never owned one, but, the pic of the dog in the pedigree link is badass...

He's turning out real nice the only thing that bother's me in the photo is that had nose has lost some of the liver pigment. Which is considered a cosmetic fault. Maybe he scratched up his nose but i do hope that pigment comes back.
He's filled out a bunch since that pic with the catahoula next to him was taken. Can't wait till he's 3-4 years old to see him fully mature.
Get out and show that boy.
